Q: Hi.....I have booked a flat in vihang valley, Phase 3 (RIO) at ghodbandar road Thane in 2011..As per promised I should get possession on 2014. but till now work is not is start in full swing. THey are changing its cost sheet also.Plz tell me the current status of this project n tell me why the project is delayed to much.....

Hi Nishant,
You should visit the developer's office for the actual position of this phase. As you have invested a lot of money so, it is your duty to visit their office instead of telephonic conversation. In this way you will get the ground realty. Plz. don't forget to share with us.

I heard that Godrej Prop has entered into a development agreement with Vihang Group for Thane Project for a 15 acres land parcels located off Ghodbunder Road in Thane. They are planning to develop a residential housing project with a development potential of over 1 million sq-ft. Do you have any information on it? Plz. share some information of this project.
