I have been allotted Flat No. 2201 Tower B in Morpheus Greens in Sector - 78 Noida against investment made with Company. This is information for all concerned and Do not purchase this Flat as I have Full power to take possession or sell to this flat to any one since builder is defaulter and all the cheques issued by the company have bounced.
Hi evgerybody, I have some information about this builder as i have inquired about this project. Morpheus developers have completed one project in Noida Sec 78 which is Morpheus Greens. Their second project was Morpheus Bluebell which was initiated in 2010 but its construction is still going on. It had one more project as Morpheus Violet which stopped after few months of its launch. So, before taking any decision check all the due diligence for a safe riding.
But they are not responding the queries of the buyers.No one have much information on project Morpheus Pratiskha.i alretady marked many emails to them and no response receive yet. They marked and add parking and other charges without knowledge of buyers and its already mention on the MOU that its not mandatory.Please help me out from my issues if they are really good Builder.
Hi Hemant, You are right. I have been a victum of the buy back scheme Morpheus Pratiksha has introduced. I invested in sec 2013 and they promised to return the money at rate of 30%. When the time came to get my hard earned money back, and I deposited the cheque in the bank, it got returned with a note, insufficient fund. I have all the MOU and other documents. Can any one suggest what should I do next.
Hi Saran, I think you should take the advice of a legal expert or should file a case in the consumer redressal forum for deficiency in service and ask for the compensation. Builder is responsible for the delay and should pay the entire amount along with interest.

Hi Abhishek, Don't believe in any rumors. If you are really planning to buy property then you must visit the developer's office ask for the legal documents, verify it by a legal expert, see the location advantages, connectivity of the roads, transport system in the locality and the basic amenities from the project site.
