Yes, last week, congress wrote to PM Narendra Modi and Venkiah Naidu and asked them to follow the bill passed in the first Budget session of Parliament.

Even Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi has assured a group of homebuyers camping in Delhi to press for the passage of the much-delayed real estate regulatory bill that the party will support the legislation in the Rajya Sabha.

Yes, and as per Urban Development Minister, Venkiah Naidu, Real Estate Bill is going to be a reality in this Budget session and he is very confident on it...He is making discussion with all the stake holders. He has also informed domestic and global investors at the "Happening Haryana'' private meeting.

I think it's good for all and nobody should worry except the fly-by-night operators. Govt is also working on ease of doing business and ease of approval process and for that they have got positive signals from all the parties.
