1. How is mhada construction?
2. Does water get logged nearby to area in rainy season?
3. Does water supply ?
4. How is water supplied to the area?
5. Will be there any leakage problem for pre-cast slab?

Please provide additional guidelines for mhada flats,if any.

I am 274 VIRAR BOLINJ 2018 winner, construction is ok but MHADA office work is very slow, needs to visit frequently to office. No municipal water connection yet. Rates are the same as other private projects. MHADA cheated on the winner.

Hi folks,
If you really interested in buying property and want to invest in 25-30 lakhs, then you must visit the project site once. Ask the neighbor about the neighborhood issues, check the construction quality with your naked eye and then proceed.

MHADA has constructed the housing project under housing scheme code 256 in Virar Bolinj. It is one of the big projects of MHADA. The project has constructed for lower income group LIG category of society. In this housing of MHADA total 1094 units has been constructed with 30.68 Sq-mtr carpet area and 61.50 Sq-mtr build-up area. The project includes facilities like Security Cabin, Lift, Power Backup, Waste Disposal and park. And the flats will cost to you Rs.26.20 lakhs.

Hi,
I didn't find any negative reviews on MHADA on any forum sites. Their construction quality is good. As MHADA itself participate in a pre-monsoon survey to identify dilapidated structures in the city. So, i don't think that they will construct poor quality buildings.

Secondly, water logging has become an issue in every Tier-1 city. So, before finalizing the project sites, MHADA must keep all those issues in their mind.
