Perumbakkam is a great location, calm place with just good ground water reachable for all its sectors and predominant junctions like Tambaram and Medavakkam. There are many other projects such as PS Nexterra, Urban Tree Oxygen, KG Good Fortune which you can look for.

Malles is one of the reputed builders in Chennai. The project is located in the heart of the city at Kodambakkam and is a very impressive mission. It's well designed and can definitely admire very good location.
