The area is a bustling area with the Mahindra Tech Park employing thousands of people. It is developing very rapidly and investing here is very lucrative. Especially this project is very good as it has great amenities and is located beside the tech park. It is expected to appreciate very well.

They are telling that if you are investing in this project you will get highest assured rental income in next 3 years . Moreover, GST Road is gaining ground as a supreme investment destination, especially in terms of investment in housing. The establishment of several MNCs along GST Road has led to an increasing traffic of IT population in the area, paving the way for rapid residential growth.
