I have recently booked a flat there. I also enquired with ppl from that area and they say water supply is not a problem. Security is good in the apartments as there are many provisions for it.

Also there are lots of resale properties available at Embassey residency...close by Global hospital at perumbakkam, where people find it difficult to sell as they bought it at a very high price and now suffering as cost of flat to rental is not that great. So think well before investing....
