Hi everybody,
I think both are right and we should very careful with such developer. There is a news in TOI for accusing real estate developer Aliens Group of cheating the innocent home buyers. And it is said that this is the Hyderabad's biggest real estate scams, total worth of the scam is more than Rs. 300 crore that the company has swindled from over 390 buyers. So, do all ur due diligence before booking any property.

After reading your reviews, i searched in Google and found the same.......Ramachandrapuram police have registered an FIR (No: 14/2015) against the three accused-Hari Challa, Venkat Prasanna Challa and CVR Choudary, who comprise the senior management of the realty firm-under Sections 420 (cheating) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of IPC..

It is true and if you don't believe then visit consumer court site to know number of cases against Aliens Group.

If not satisfied then go and search ''Aliens Space Station fraud' "aliens space station review" in google site. Facts will be in front of you. There will be many negative reviews against this builder.

Girish is absolutely right. I think the gentle man who posted this comment is working for developer. Do you think that your single positive feedback can gain the faith of the customers or the buyers. Now, the developer will have to regain his fresh image. may be one comment is fake but there are many like that.
