Q: I’m an existing customer of the Aliens Group, of course I didn’t visit all their projects, but I have good experience with my flat. It is very nice and good quality, which is located in very good location. They are offering the best service. They are using only quality of materials for the construction. There is a news in TOI for accusing real estate developer Aliens Group of cheating the innocent home buyers. And it is said that this is the Hyderabad's biggest real estate scams, total worth of the scam is more than Rs. 300 crore that the company has swindled from over 390 buyers. So, do all ur due diligence before booking any property.
