Yes, i have talked to their marketing guy and as per him they are shortly going to launch sample flats. It means no construction work is happening till now. If i am not wrong, project was launched on July, 2011 and since then no construction work. This is long delay project. Did you booked your flat?

Mr. Prabhakar,
Did you talk to the builder regarding construction work? As of now this project is on hold. They are saying that they have required approval but i think they are still waiting for the commencement certificate. Construction work can not start until and unless they get the commencement certificate, NOC from pollution control department and fire fighting department.
