We have 225 sqy plot in Amstoria since 2011. We hold or sell it?

Q: Being invested since last 5 years, does not give positivity about project. But, it is so near to Dwarka Expressway, it seems tempting. What to do?

Yes, even i heard a lot's of positive news and articles were published on this localities (Sector-102, Gurgaon). As per the expert, Sector 102 along the Expressway falls on the proposed metro route. The locality falls opposite to Sectors such as 101, 104, 110, 111 etc. The primary development on Expressway is taking place right in the beginning. Basai Road which is close to Sector-102 provides accessibility to Pataudi Road, Hero Honda Chowk and NH-8. But still price is depreciating. No Metro connectivity, since this locality was in news for Metro Rail.

I would only suggest that if you are getting a good deal then better to sold out and made your investment near Noida Expressway and Dwarika Expressway. These are the most demanding locality in Delhi/NCR and you can get double returns in 5-7 yrs of time frame. Now your investment will give appreciation only if it comes up , at the moment it is depreciating.

I think you should go with Shivshankar. As people are saying that it is a developing locality and can give a good returns in coming year but no appreciation have seen in last 5 yrs. So, it is better to sold out if you are getting a good deal.
