Have you been offered compensation? At what rate and turns out to be how much?

It may be advised whether possession should be taken as still development is not complete and further whether compensation offered for late delivery is correct or not

Hi Folks,
I checked with the builder, he is saying that they will get the registry done post flat transfer in our name in 60 days but he is not giving this commitment in writing. They are taking stamp duty dd or cheque on the day of transfer though.
I would advise you to take the help of a legal expert in this matter. Thanks

If it was pure possession and not fit out than registry should be done within 75 days from the date of getting the completion certificate as per govt rules I believe. First, check the property has OC & CC or not. If yes, this might attract some kind of penalty as per rules, if it will be levied or not totally depends on HUDA.

Hello Mahesh,
As per my knowledge, the seller should get the registry done in your name first. Then only you can make the sale agreement. Otherwise, you will have to face trouble selling the property in future or even taking a loan for it.

Yes, there is a specific duration I think 1-2 month under which you need to get registry done. If not fine is applied.

Hi Mahesh,
Did BPTP provide what all changes were made especially in the layout or floor plan? They were very unclear in providing details of floor plan change.
