Trinity Oasis Project on Hold.
Notice given by Land Owner to Developer for Termination of Development agreement.
Construction stopped almost form August'2015/ sept'2015.
Ankit Jain, person who used to available at site, is not responding.
Builder Not answering any calls.
Since last 6 months, builder is saying he will resume construction in 1 month.
Till now no development is seen on ground..

hello everyone....Each of you please provide your contact no. so that we can form a group and deal with the situation...i have some bad news....i visited site yesterday and found one legal notice posted outside site office...it says the legal contract between land owner & builder has been terminated by land owner as builder has failed to complete project intime....this is serious situation...we all have paid our hard earned money to this man....we need to stand together and fight for ourself.....please provide your contact no.

Hello, Mr. Kaur,
We can make a group so that we can access the project work regularly. The builder is not informing the investors regarding the sudden stop of work. He should send letter to all the investors each and every development. The agent Ankit Jain is also not responding.

Can anyone give me the contact name and person to be contact, to know the present situation of construction ?We have booked one 2BHK flat in 2013,July and paid the amount. During booking they confirmed us that they will handover the flat by December'2016. Every Time they will fail the deadlock and give us several excuses. I want to the true fact.

Hi Swapnil,
Did you talk to the builders? What are they saying? I heard by some reliable sources that they are waiting for the Commencement Certificate. As we know that CC is a required document to start the construction works. Apart from that NOC from pollution control dept and fir fighter dept is also necessary.

Yes, Mr. Manish. I think buyers should visit the site once and developer's office to know the ground reality. They can also create a FB Group and update it as they received any information on it. Try to pressurize the builder for starting the construction. If the builder is unable to deliver the project on time he is liable to pay you the compensation along with the interest.

Yes, as per the developer they are giving possession for Trinity Oasis in December, 2017. Anf the current price quoted by the developer is Rs. 7500/sq-ft. And loan is offering by DHFL, HDFC Bank, ICICI and India Bulls.
