@Himani, I don't have any information regarding penalty for the delay but there are 164 buyers in blocks D-4, D-5 and D-6of Exotica who are yet to get possession. The 14 people who had approached the Allottee Grievance Redress Forum with their complaint against the developer will get possession first.
HI everybody, One of the home buyer who has booked their flats in 2004 and in spite of having paid 95% of the price are still waiting for his flat possession. Considering this case, the DTCP organized a meeting between the developer and the flat buyers. At the end of the meeting, a 90-day deadline was fixed for handover of flats.
It's sound really good that developers has applied for Occupancy Certificate and remaining work begun on site to finish. Now, the department will monitor progress of work to ensure buyers get possession on time. Even the Vice-president R K Sinha told that the matter has been resolved easily and the company will give possession in 90 days by completing all formalities.
Mr. Sinha, vice-president of Parsvnath Developers also complained that there were too many nodal agencies for real estate, making things complex and time consuming.
It's really a good news for 164 home buyers of Parsvnath Exotica in Gurgaon's sector-53. Now after 12 yrs of long wait they will get their houses back. The developer of the troubled Parsvnath Exotica in Gurgaon's Sector-53 appears ready to hand over possession of flats within the next 90 days.
Yes, the developers has applied for Occupancy Certificate from the department of town and country planning (DTCP). Some of whose wings have been completed and are inhabited were taken in 2004.
