I don't have any information regarding penalty for the delay but there are 164 buyers in blocks D-4, D-5 and D-6of Exotica who are yet to get possession. The 14 people who had approached the Allottee Grievance Redress Forum with their complaint against the developer will get possession first.

Latest Answer: Hi Nidhi, Parsvnath Exotica project offers 3,4 and 5bhk apartments. Builder is good, project seems good.. But the project was delayed for long time.. I don't know why was the delay.. I hope it is ready at least now. Parsvnath has plans to develop another project somewhere near to Connaught Place it seems.. Check it out if you are interested.
