Hi, When are we getting possession for our flats? What about the project approval? Which all banks are offering home loan for this project? Do you have any idea of car parking charges?
Good evening Govind!!!! Possession date will be June-2018 and project is approved by all the major banks like HDFC, IDBI, UBI, Axis, ICICI etc. They have got approval from NKDA (NewTown Kolkata Development Authority).
For car parking, Ground floor covered car parking charges will be Rs.4 lakh, and for open car parking charges will be Rs.3 lakh for all 1/2/3 BHK.
Good evening Bipin!!!! These are 1 week old details and i don't know whether they have increased the price in a week time or not. There are 13 blocks developing under Magnolia Oxygen. G+10 and G+11 storey apartments has 7- blocks while G+12 storey apartments has 6-blocks. 1BHK available in 770-804 sq-ft. 2BHK 897-992 sq-ft and 3BHK available in 1170/1249/1430 sq-ft. And its current price is Rs.3200/sq-ft but it is negotiable.
Thanks Hiran, Do you have any idea of it booking? How much i have to pay at the time of booking? How can i reached the project site if i have to come from Hazra Mode? Where is the project strategically located?
Well Bipin, You have to pay Rs.51000 as a booking amount and rest of the amount within 30 days equal to 20% at the time of agreement.
If you are coming from Hazra Mode then you have to take a bus for Ruby Hospital, from there you will get a bus for Netaji Subhash International Airport (near Chinar Park), take a auto and ask him to leave you at Rajarhat Chaumatha. Now, you can ask anybody they will show you the project site. Hope, thi information will help you a lot to reach the project site.
