Q: Hi all, I am going through the posts in this forum and impressed with the knowledge being shared here.
I am planning to buy a plot in Hyderabad, which I want to give for development (apartments). My budget is around 1cr - 1.5cr, I am ready to wait for 2 years for the area to develop.
Kindly share your knowledge in identifying an area. Thanks in advance.
I can only think of Hiranandani’s Loftline when I read your question. There are nearly 350 plots for sale in Shankarapally, Hyderabad. These plots are well lit with 24hrs electricity being available and also with streetlights. srisailam highway is suggested here....a great joke....an apartment building in srisailem road.a suicide.kukatpally is good.nizampet is very difficult to sell.there are so many unsld properties over there.uppal seems ok.nallagandla is hi-fi.you have to go in a cluster of buildings there.you need an area which is ripe and could be picked up ina a few years.i may have a suggestion but it is costly,not free.
You can look for localities like Kukatpally until Nizampet, Manikonda, Uppal and Nallagandla. All these localities are doing really good in terms of real estate.
