Hey Devendra, with all due respect : investing is not like throwing a stone in a pond - you throw anywhere you see water and expect a big splash. First thing - you have a very small budget. Second Thing - you are clueless (that is not a very good sign) Third Thing - you have not mentioned any specifications or your plans with respect to the tenure of investment . So, my suggestion (and i guess every other's) would be for you to be very specific and spend some time in researching. (trust me, that will help you more than anything).
Hi, As you budget is too low and to buy a property in a city like Mumbai may require you to make a minimum investment of Rs 1 crore, but for those who could only invest Rs 20-30 lakh, should not get disappoint. There are many such property options around Mumbai. Here are few emerging hotspots that Mumbai residents with a limited budget are looking at: Ashagaon, Nashik, Ulwe and Panvel are the few example of limited budget property hotspot.
Hi friends!!!!! I am a resident of Navi Mumbai last 7-8 yrs. and i have seen a lot's of development in the city. Navi Mumbai has much better infrastructure as compared to the crumbling infrastructure of Mumbai due to its ever growing population. An international airport is already approved at Panvel and Metro is also being planned for Navi Mumbai. These are few indicators to good future development.
If you are talking about infrastructure development then Malad West is an ideal destination for property investment. Numbers of buyers and NRI investors are attracted to this area. This area is now transformed into commercial development because of its rising demand.
Hi Devendra, Real Estate is the most demanding investment options since it almost guarantees high-value returns as well as open easy way for regular income. Mumbai holds certain localities which may give sky rocketing returns in the near future. I am giving here the name of 10 best places for real estate investment, 1)Kharghar in Navi Mumbai, 2) Chembur, 3) Mulund, 4) Dahisar, 5) Ulwe, 6) Mira-Bhayander Road in Thane, 7) Panvel, 8) Palava, 9) Virar-Vasai and Ghodbunder Road in Thane.
Hi Shubham, No doubt, these localities are the best localities for investment as well as for end use. But i will suggest you to go for Navi Mumbai. Navi Mumbai is probably the best place to invest in Mumbai in the long term.
And the reason is 1) Many companies are slowly shifting to Navi Mumbai because commercial space is available at much reasonable prices here, thus lot's of job opportunities here 2) well planned city unlike main Mumbai city with wide roads, markets/malls, hospitals, schools/colleges, banks/ATMs, parks, and good transport facilities.
