The project is located in Perumbakkam which is very preferred by most of the home-buyers these days. They have very well-designed 2 & 3 bhk homes in this project. The exact location is on ECR Link Road near to the Perumbakkam Panchayat Office.

Can I avail home loan from State Bank of India and has the project got approval from CMDA?

You can check with the builder because as far as I know the project has got approval from banks like Axis and LIC Housing Finance. CMDA has approved the project.
