Are they quoting any discounts or negotiations ? Is the project approved ? When was this project launched ?

Yes, they are providing negotiatios..This project is approved by CMDA. It was launched in 2012. The expected possession date will be by dec 2014. This project is just opposite to Bharthiya VIdhya School.

@Subramanium : The price per sq ft is around Rs 5,000. Banks such as Axis, HDFC, LIC, have approvals for this project . Which unit are you planning to buy ?

This project includes 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 2bhk is around Rs 66 lakhs for 1171 sq ft and for 3bhk it would be around Rs 82 lakhs for 1458 sq ft.

Hi Sudhakar, Malles Altius is located in Perumbakkam and currently it is under construction. Perumbakkam is connected to Tambaram through the Velachery-Tambaram road and to Sholinganallur through the Medavakkam-Sholinganallur road. It is located just on the ECR Link Road and 1.5 kms away from Sholinganallur junction. Close to all major locations like OMR, Tambaram, Medavakkam.
