Please share what are the types of unit they are offering along with the area details. Is there Cauvery water connection available?

The project offers 2 and 3 bhk units with area ranging from 962 sqft to 1685 sqft. There will be 24 hours water supply from bore-well with overhead tank. Cauvery water is not there

HI Adil,

Currently the owner share they are quoting @ 3300 per sqft , if we are ready even they can reduce I think,
most of the flats available are in west facing.

Hi Vamsi, As you have visited the site, can you please tell me what is the rate per sqft they are quoting as of now and when is the project expected to get completed. I tried reaching them but the number provided from their office is switched off
