Stop builders from selling "under construction / still to start construction" properties

Hi all,
There are many benefits of buying ready-to-move in properties. Since it is ready to move in, there is no uncertainty about occupying the properties, no pre-EMI loss, taxation benefits for interest paid on home loan, what we see is what we get, principal repayment of home loan and no service tax for ready-to-move-in properties.

Yes, builders should allow to sell only ready-to-move properties. If other manufacturer are not allowed to unfinished products to use the why real estate companies are allowed to sell us properties, which are still under construction. If builders are allowed to sell only the finished products, they would not be able to cheat innocent buyers.

Yes, they should also construct properties with their own resources, without taking a single rupee from the buyers. Get them completion and occupancy certificate, then only be allowed to sell it to the customers.

Because of these builders there are always uncertainty about the possession and loss of rental. Whether we are going to stay in the house or give it for rental, potential rental is getting wasted for that period.
