Hi Srishti and Ranjeet,
I heard a lot about this project. Can you tell me the sizes available in 2 and 3BHK and what will be the price all including? Which all banks have approved this project? Any idea about its possession date? Thanks

Good afternoon Ankur,
Puri Pratham offers 2BHK flats from1100-1300 sq-ft and 3BHK from 1300-1400 sq-ft. It is per square foot rate will be Rs.4750. A 2BHK will cost you Rs.52.25 lacs to Rs. 61.75 lacs onward whereas a 3BHK will cost around Rs. 61.75 lacs to 66.50 lacs onward.

Almost all the major banks and financial institutions such as Axis, LIC HFL, HDFC, Indiabulls have approved this project.

As per the developer, possession date wil be August 2016.
