Latest Answer: Hi Mr Ranjeet, Subvention payment plan :- At the time of booking- 2 lac, With in 45 Days- 20% of SC (from Customer), 1St disbursement 30% of SC (from Bank), 2nd disbursement- 20% of SC(from bank), 3 rd disbursement 25% of SC (from bank), At the time of possession- 5% of SC+Additional charges, Here SC :- BSP+ DC+ Car Parking+ PLC.
