Hello Sir,
How can these banks such as HDFC, LIC HFL, Axis Bank, Indiabulls, Citibank and DHFL can approved the project for housing loan if all the required approvals are not in place? Can anybody give me the actual details of this project?

Did you visit the developers office and ask for the Commencement Certificate, if not then why are you assuming only. If you have invested a huge amount then it is your prime duty to visit the site and see the construction status and secondly, visit the developers office and ask for all the required approval.
