Yes.Exactly.There is not much information about the builder.I dont have contact detaisl of builder as well.Its almost real estate agents try to get in touch.OC is still not obtained as amenity work is pending.

It is a ready to move in project but the only thing is that there is not much information available about the b builder over internet. The project has got all the necessary approvals from BBMP and leading banks. It seems the builder is going to provide OC and CC for this.

Hi Claude, The project offers 2 & 3 bhk units and the price of the apartments ranges from Rs 37 lakhs to Rs 51 lakhs approximately. What is the configuration are you planning to buy?
