TooGoodHomes has spacious and affordable 2 BHK apartments near to Manyata Tech Park. I like the location of the project as it has good connectivity to IT Park, Shopping mall any many more. Its proximity to major IT park has given the project a huge demand.

provident delayed the earlier projects for 2 more years, the quality is not upto the mark. check properly and invest

The project is located at Herohalli- Syndicate Bank Colony, off Magadi Road. The project offers 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments with size ranging from 630 sqft to 1240 sqft. There will be around 560 units. The project has got approval from BBMP and banks like Bank of Baroda, HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank

Hi Nitin The Tree is a project by Provident Housing. Every builders has some pros and cons so do they so it is always advice able to visit the site, talk to the builder directly, if possible visit some of their completed projects to get an idea about the construction quality etc.
