Please come & join us, as we have a huge group more than 400+ buyers who have come together through Whatsapp past two years where currently fighting against the WS builders legally through Consumer court through Adv Nilesh Bhandari - 9850332170 / 020 24430647 where 250+ cases are been registered & also there is criminal case registered & 200+ buyers complaints in Lonikand police station & Swargate police station.
currently both the builders are been arrested in May-16 & are behind the bars at Yerwada jail.

Hi friends,
I am experiencing the same thing they not replying to call and Email also, even not started any construction till Jan-2016. Let's create whatsapp Group for the latest happening or file a case in consumer forum against this builder.

Hi Sachin.
They not replying to call and Email for cancellation as i came to know that Possession will be delayed by 2.5 years i.e. May'18 which is not acceptable to me. I have visited their project site but they didn't started any construction till Jan-2016.
