Cosmos jewels sapphire possession?

Q: Today, dated 8 july 2016, i have enquired on possession for sapphire, site personnel informed me that, soft possession will be alloted by end of aug 2016. Anybody has the same updates?

Hi,
I am planning to buy 2 BHK is Saphhire-Cosmos Jewels. I had visited this place recently and observed that one of the phase of this building has been constructed till 4th floor and rest has been kept on hold and some of the amenities work is still not completed.Before buying i just wanted to know feedback and review from the residents.

Hi Anup,
I have also visited the site last month and was surprised to see many families already staying in the Ruby building only. They have started soft possession for Ruby only, and for solitaire they said the soft possession by May end. Which we didn't get . Now they are saying that they are waiting for fire NOC which i have been hearing for the past 6 months

Hi all,
What is your possession date as i guess every customer has different date? I hope you understand my apprehension as how can different customers have different possession dates for same building in our case its solitaire. Trust me I have been hearing that they got fire NOC in Jan 2016 and now it almost 7 months and when i spoke them, they are saying it would take around 2-3 months more. They are offering the possession but without OC, which means if we take possession we will be fool ourselves and den kept waiting for OC for yrs as some customers of other different project on hold for OC till date and for almost for 5 years.

I got an update that for Solitaire, Fire NOC is received Occupancy Certificate is expected in 2-3 months soft possession will start by Aug End..
