Looking to buy an apartment in Raheja Residency

Q: Hi, we are looking to buy an apartment in Raheja Residency. Can anyone please help me understand what are the common issues with this apartment. Also, does the property have ground water and Kaveri water or does it rely on tankers? Given that the apartment is slightly old are there commonly seen leakage issues, any other issues in this apartment. Also, please let me know if you know of any apartment available for sale here. Yeah it is a little old project and the project has got all the necessary approvals. Water problem is still not there but buying a 5 years old resale property for so much price I personally feel is not worth.
