I am planning to buy a 3BHK villa in celebrity natures habitat

Q: 1)There is a lake beside this project, i want to know if anyone did legal verification in that matter?
2)Are there any legal problems with this projects besides this lake?

Hi Harish, As far as I know the project has got approval from BBMP and all leading banks. I would suggest you to visit the site as the project is still under construction to get an idea about everything.

I know that, but we dont get documents from them until we pay the booking amount. So, i was thinking to find people who already purchased the villa and ask them about the legal verification before paying the booking amount.
