The price of property has gone up by 10.5% in the past 19 months in the area. So, you can expect a handful return (30-40)% after 3-5 yrs.

Builder has promised to handover the project till June-July, 2018. Do you have any information on its possession date? What about the statutory and bank approvals?

Yes, possession date of Navkar Park will be mid of 2018 and almost all the leading banks such as HDFC, Asix, SBI, Tata Capital, PNB, ICICI etc. have approved this project.

How is the project locality and connectivity? How far is the Pune Railway Station and Airport from the project site? As i have to travel frequently for my business. How far is the educational institutions and healthcare facilities from Navkar Park?

Well Deepti,
I don't have much idea about the project locality but once i visited there for a site visit. Khed Shivapur is a neighbourhood located in the Pune district. It is situated along the Mumbai Bangalore Highway. The Pune Airport is 38.2 kms away from here via the NH-4. The Pune Railway Station is 27.8 kms away along the same route. Areas which are located close to Shivapur include Katraj, Dhayari, Ambegaon Budruk, Undri, Askarwadi, Sinhagad Fort and Nasrapur.

Vidyashilp Public School, Ascent School, RIMS Undri International School and Pune Cambridge Public School are some of the educational institutes located here. Hospitals in the vicinity are Pulse Multispecialty Hospital and Anand Hospital.
