Hi Mohit,
But this field has become more tricky. Now-a-days, it has become place for illegal land mafia, a place where you can easily lost your hard earned money by their buttering behavior, a place where you can easily convert your black money into white money and a place where people don't mind to cross the law & regulation.

According to me, real estate is a piece of land, including the air above it and the ground below it, and any buildings or structures on it. Real estate can include business and residential properties and are generally sold either by a relator or directly by the individual who owns the property.
