The only reason why people avoid Greater Noida is because of distance but It is a far better maintained and planned region compared to Noida and has a better authority relatively speaking when it comes to maintenance and upkeep. Better to buy in main Gr Noida around Pari Chowk. Builders entering residential projects has little or no effect. The region will develop when prominent commercial office players start coming in.

But the troublesome is that the Government is yet to notify the zone. Buying property under this zone will be consider as illegal and you might have to loose your hard earned money. So, better stay away from such properties in Delhi.
