There is hardly any negative review about the builder over internet. Moreover the project has got approval from BBMP and it is A Khata property. The builder is going to provide OC and CC as well.

Vedant Vayun is an ongoing project by Vedant Project and the expected possession date is by February 2018. They have completed one project as of now and two projects are under construction. The unique selling point of the project is there is no common walls, ample open space and roof top Children;s play area.
