Mulund is the best location as residency conveniences for people and their family for stay long times in future. This locality is famous for its social amenities such as banking, traveling, gathering occasion etc, construction development, industrial hub etc. There are number 0f industrial projects have to come in future upcoming five year so that many of jobs opportunities will come for youth and for every age people. You would be go anywhere by the superb connectivity to the city through highway, expressway and bus networks.
In Mulund West and East, 1BHK apartments of 250-650 sq-ft. are available between Rs35 - Rs65 lakhs at Rs10500 - Rs16800/ sq-ft. New developments which will be ready by 2018-19 are available in these ranges. Some Cooperative Societies which are Ready-to-move-in cost up to Rs16800/sq-ft. You can consider buying now as I don't think prices will come down further.
