Q: On a scale of 1-10, how much would yo rate the Ipark of MVL Group ?

Hi,
I would rate it around 7 bcz because most of the project of Delhi/NCR are getting delay and not delivering possession to their customers on time. But no doubt, located at the heart of Gurgaon and adjacent toNH-8, just 10 mins from the International Airport and in close proximity to malls/markets, best hotels, eating outlets, iparkoffers premium state-of-the-art-office with ample multi level parking space. Some of the great features of this project are ultra modern office space, world class infrastructure, sufficient lighting, pillor less building, equipped with VRV air conditioning and earthquake resistant and RCC framed structure.

I agree with you but the best part is its connectivity to the Delhi/NCR. Its key distances from Domestic Airport is 17.7 km, Toll Plaza to ipark - 7.8 kms, IFFCO Chowk - 2.8 kms, Galaxy Hotel - 300 m, Sector-14 market - 2.4 kms, HUDA Sector market - 1 kms, DLF Star Mall - 1 km, Signature Tower - 2 kms, Leisure Valley - 2 kms.

Right now, it is still under construction. So, Not knowing how it will turn out, I would rate it around 8. Why?
It has some amazing features which excite me about buying an office there. I love the location, it is accessible and navigate. The infra is professional and facilities being provided are also very good . In the amount of price mentioned, it is a great deal which shouldn't be missed.
