Q: I am considering Aratt Firenza project for my own use. There are only few flats available and mostly in last 2 floors (top floors). Please let me know your valuable comments.

Any comparison with GM Infinite Global Techies Town project (pre-launch, which would finish by 2020 Sept) would be appreciated.

I have recently booked an 2 bhk apartment in this project. After gone through all the mixed reviews, I visited the site. The project is located in Electronic city and it is very near to work places and also it has very good infrastructures like hospitals, schools IT Hubs ect. I feel the project is worth for the amenities what they are providing for. The builders are trustworthy.

GM infinite projects are top class. My brother has recently booked an apartment with GM, the first thing that impressed my brother was their customer service. Very nice people, he booked the apartment after a long research on their efficiency n projects. My brother being a civil engineering student collected a lot of info about the construction companies in Bangalore and den went ahead with GM infinite apartment. The way of them managing the projects is completely commendable. They make sure all your accommodation needs are rightly met. Their apartments are at pretty decent price. We didn't mind paying for the result we were receiving - Perfect Home with the best amenities. I would surely recommend you to go with GM Infinite.

GM Infinite projects are worth the investment for properties. I wanted to buy a 2BHK in electronic city, when i was searching for apartments there, I came across GM Infinite Ecity. There were mixed reviews but when I did a research on theirs projects they were reputed builders well known for their works. But more than that, one of my colleagues friend had purchased a 3bhk apartment with GM Infinite and he recommended me too buy. For their pricing for an investment like that and the amenities they provde..even I would definitely recommend.
