I have read in some thread that the builder has not finalized the site yet and they are taking full booking amount. Is that true?

Yes the project has got approval from HMDA and amenities offered in this project are as follows: Swimming pool, air conditioned gymnasium, multi purpose hall, pool table, table tennis room, integrated library and study lounge, games room (carom, chess and cards). shuttle court, basketball court, lawn tennis court, yoga and meditation hall.
