Hi, I think you have been mistaken. Mahindra Lifespaces has an ongoing project named Vivante in Andheri East, Mumbai and they have no ongoing projects in Kandivli as of now. Yes, you are right Mahindra Lifespaces does have a high quality reputation and renowned name in real estate sector.

Mahindra Kandivali is an upcoming project in kandivali East. They will offer 1, 2 and 3BHK residential flats from 500-1646 sq-ft. Developer has not disclosed its price yet. They will launch high-rise buildings of about 20+ floors with modern amenities and design. Project location and its connectivity is excellent.
