Q: What to talk about other development. Green Areas are not developed. as a result I believe none of the plot owners have started construction. Promoter like Hero Group has cheated the customers by handing over the possession without proper development.

Hi Akhilesh!!
Did you check your agreement? Is there any clause which say that builder will hand over the possession after developing the plot? If your agreement has any such clause then show the builder and ask for the development of your plot. Otherwise, you can move to the court and can take the legal steps.

Did you pay the whole amount? If not, then asked them to develop your plot otherwise, you don't need to pay rest of the amount.
And if you have paid already then visit the developer's office and ask for the development of your plot.
