I have purchased a plot of 1000 Squere feet in the project. Sale deed is executed in my favour but land is not levelled,
Q: What to talk about other development. Green Areas are not developed. as a result I believe none of the plot owners have started construction. Promoter like Hero Group has cheated the customers by handing over the possession without proper development.

You can contact me at 9899030304 and you can also join in my existing case with them. They have cheated us in a big way. Nothing has been done there.
