If i have to invest then i would must prefer Mira-Bhayander Road. As it is one of the fastest growing suburbs in Mumbai. Apart from that, excellent connectivity to the western regions through WEH and Western Railway line. It has well developed social and physical infrastructure. Good numbers of schools, malls, business hubs, banks and ATMs and hospitals nearby. Transport facilities is also good in the locality. Also proposed plan to connect Gorai and Bhayander, pushing the consumer sentiments and property prices as well.
