Latest Answer: Hi Bibhu, Very pathetic condition of electricity in DLF Ankur Vihar, Loni, Ghaziabad, There is no electricity in day time only 6-8 hours in night. So, avoid this locality and look for some other options nearby. Sewer water blockage another major area of concern.

Latest Answer: You are right Ayesha.... I am living in Indirapuram for last 6 yrs in Nitikhand-2. I love this place and hope things get better. On electricity front it looks bad but work on NH-24 starts soon. Also this locality will get better connectivity with Noida through upcoming loop bridge and metro. I can't say much about future price trends but in my circle of friends everybody likes being here. And the reason is everything is at walking distance...Swarn Jyanti Park, Ansuiya Park, Shipra mall, schools and everything...

Latest Answer: Hi Kumar, Tell me any one locality and societies where electricity and water is available 24 hours. Now-a-days ground water level is decreasing due to Global warming so, you can not blame builder for it. Builder can only provide you the facility but if water is not sufficient in the locality then what is the fault of the builder. You should check before booking the flat.

Q: hi!I am planning to buy ready to move in flat.I have seen crossing and rajnagar extention both.But I found crossing better than rajnagar ext. My main concern is issue of dumping yard.so shall I go for it or not as end consumer.

Q: There are concerns on Crossing republik being 3 sided sorrounded with Dumping ground ( court case in Supreme court), Sewage treatment plant beside golf course and a Crabon polluting factory across the nh24.

these three sorroundings are giving a big hit to its future pollution , hygeine and locality.
Also its appreciation came on a snail pace after noida extension got a clearance in High court . So Noida extension picked up slowing it down.
Indrapuram is hotter place but with lesser planned infra but more accessible.

I still feel in future dumping ground and sewage plants can raise a big question on price appreciation and may even depreciate a bit.

Its my opnion but yes socitey is too good in its infra and connectivity no doubt. Hope that pulia connecting noida extension and crossing republik gets widend soon!!

So please advise what can we expect prospects of Crossing republic down the line 2 years in cost appreciation and 5 years.
