Acme is among the best project in this area. Rajesh property is way too costly compared to Acme Oasis. Excellent location & good place for self use. There are 2 towers of 36 storey each. Almost 90% of the area is open.

There are very few new projects coming up in kandivali east. I'm staying at kandivali from past 15 years now & have seen how this locality price have increased and how the crowd is getting better & better. Acme Oasis is by far the best project in this area at a better price.

Have they received Completion Certificate for all the remaining floors? When is the flats possession? The builder still claims that he will give possession by December'2017. Can we get possession by this time?
