Have you been cheated by Richmond Builders in Banaglore?

Q: I have been cheated!!...Please stay away

I live in the United States and I saved my hard earned money to buy my first home in India. I trusted Richmond builders to build me a three bedroom flat in PHASE II of their construction in February 2013 with a delivery expectation in June 2014. Three years have passed by and I do not have any answers. Mr. Madhusudhana and Mr. Vikas Hegde never return my calls to either provide the house or when I request them to give me my money back.

I have lodged an official complaint with Bangalore City Police requesting speedy action against the company. I have also reached the Indian Embassy in New York Commerce division requesting action.

People who have hard earned money to buy a house...Please avoid and stay away from this company.
