Hi Ravindra,
Toss Chandra Vihar is located at Raebareli Road which is prime locality of Lucknow. I visited the site and saw the social and physical infra development in the locality. This project looks quite lucrative and affordable too. But if the price little negotiate, then i will must go for it. What is the builders saying about the registration? Can i get immediate registration?

Yes, if you have a good bargain sense then you can get a good deal on it. The rates are Highly negotiable and they are providing immediate registry and immediate Possession too.

I am unable to take the decision of investing in realty market. Like other cities, Lucknow too has its share of unsold inventory and real estate market is also slow last couple of years. My thoughts are something different. As every city has its advantages and disadvantages. And most importantly, Lucknow has selected in 100 list of Smart City project. It is one of the fastest growing city in the countries amongst the Tie-2 cities.
