@vishal, Bhartiya City Nikoo Homes residential project is a pre-launch project in Bangalore. The builder has announced that the project has completed in 2019 but this time may be expanded.

Hi Ramzi, how much is the current rate per sqft going on? Which all banks and legal authority has approved the project?

As far as I know the price of an apartment in this project ranges from Rs 37 lakhs to Rs 1.76 crores approximately. Banks like Corporation, HDFC, Axis, State Bank of India, Union and ICICI are providing home loan for this project.
