Good evening Mohit,
Vatika The Turning Point, Gurgaon is a HUDA approved project and IOD and Commencement Certificate are in place. I visited this site last month. Construction work was going on at decent pace. As far as bank approval is concerned, Axis, HDFC, IIFL, PNB Housing, HDFC, Indiabulls, LIC HFL, Tata Capital etc have approved it.
Booking amount:- Rs.3 lakh for 2BHK, Rs.4 lakh for 3BHK and Rs.5 Lakh for 4BHK.

Vatika The Turning Point is a premium residential project located at sector-88B, Gurgaon. It is offering 2/3/4 BHK spacious flats. Sizes of the flats are available in 1150 sq-ft. in 2BHK, 1450-1650 sq-ft. in 3BHK and 1850-2150 sq-ft. in 4BHK. It's current asking rate will be Rs.5250/sq-ft.
Currently, this project is under construction and in full pace. It is expected that the possession date will be January'2020.
