Good evening Mohit, Vatika The Turning Point, Gurgaon is a HUDA approved project and IOD and Commencement Certificate are in place. I visited this site last month. Construction work was going on at decent pace. As far as bank approval is concerned, Axis, HDFC, IIFL, PNB Housing, HDFC, Indiabulls, LIC HFL, Tata Capital etc have approved it. Booking amount:- Rs.3 lakh for 2BHK, Rs.4 lakh for 3BHK and Rs.5 Lakh for 4BHK.
