No, only a dalit (SC &ST) can buy property of dalit. Further, you have to proof yourself as a dalit in front of registrar at the time of property registration.

Hi Sanjay,
No, you can't buy residential plot from ST or SC as you come under General Category. As per The Supreme Court of India on 20th September 2012 ruled that the land belongs to schedule tribe or caste can not be bought by non-dalits or general category, as SC and ST categories comes under Dalit, including companies as such transactions are unconstitutional.
